    ORDER PROCESSING

    Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on your order. To cancel or edit an order, please reply to the confirmation email or call our Customer Service department at 855.440.4894 to ensure your order is shipped as desired.

    Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on your order.
    *We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses at this time.

    PAYMENT

    C1RCA accepts the following forms of payment:
    Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
    *Sales tax will be included on all orders shipped within California.

     SHIPPING

    We use UPS Ground for all orders shipped within the United States.
    Packages shipped to Canada may take 7-10 business days (or more depending on customs) to reach its final destination.
    *We do not ship internationally at this time.
    *We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses at this time.

     RETURNS

    If you purchased your shoes from a retailer and would like to return your shoes, please take them back to where you bought them as different stores have different exchange policies. If you purchased something from C1RCA.com, you may exchange or return new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 31 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for return is the result of our error. If merchandise is exchanged, ground shipping will be provided, at C1RCA’s expense, for the new product to be shipped back to you.

     Please carefully package your return, ideally in the original shipping carton, along with its packing materials. Enclose a copy of the sales receipt and please indicate if an exchange or refund is desired by completing the Returns and Exchanges form found on the back of the invoice included with your original shipment. If an exchange is desired, please indicate the new item(s) you’d like in exchange for the returned merchandise.

    For exchanges with greater or lesser values, a refund or payment for the difference in cost will be processed prior to shipping the exchanged item(s).

     We are unable to access the original payment processed for your order. When processing an exchange for items with a greater value, credit card information must be provided by the customer at the time of the exchange. We do not suggest sending credit card information via email.

    We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post from USPS when shipping a return. Ship via ground method, and insure your package.

    REFUNDS

    You may expect a refund within 7-14 days after we have received your return. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. We are unable to issue store credits or gift cards to be used at a later date. Once a refund has been issued, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on your order.
