Universe Boardshop of Repentigny, Quebec, won C1RCA Store Wars 2011. As part of their prize, Universe got to design a C1RCA shoe of their choice. Keeping it classic, they went with the Valeo in a clean black suede.

The shoe features C1RCA Store Wars 2011 artwork on the insoles and custom Universe logos on the heel tab and mustache.

With C1RCA Store Wars 2012 (Canada) submission period coming to a close on Monday, October 15th, shops will be looking to get the polished touches on their edits, like Universe Boardshop did in 2011. Their edit was the top of the pile and took the grand prize which included the opportunity to conceptualize & design their very own C1RCA x Universe custom shoe.

We think the end result couldn’t have turned out better – Universe went with a classic skate silhouette, the Valeo, in a clean black suede.

The customized shoe design features:

·         Antique brass eyelets
·         Waxed round laces
·         Gum outsole
·         Custom graphic C1RCA CPU insole
·         Custom Universe heel tab and mustache
