Every September in Canada brings a change in the air. Not only does the foliage litter the ground, we all don our fleeces, MEC cargo pants and wool socks, but a very special event occurs in Montreal. This mystical happening beckons migration from green eyed, semi-ambtious, thirsty, amateur skaters from every nook and cranny, East Coast to West. This is Am Getting Paid. Fortunately enough, the C1RCA Canada dudes have a secret to success. I can’t be sure, but think it’s probably poutine, smoked meat and la biere.

From our past experiences, we know Montreal has a lot to offer, so we decided to make an adventure out of our trip to Am Getting Paid and stay for an extra week. We also invited our friends from King Shit publishing to document our trip (You’ll have to wait to see the article in 2012).
